SIAE MICROELETTRONICA announces agreement with new Investors

Milan, 16th September 2025

Following the recent signature of the MOU, SIAE MICROELETTRONICA (“SIAE”) and a Primary Industrial Investor have taken further steps forward in the restructuring and refinancing of the company. A specific Term Sheet has been signed, outlining the principles and details of a valuable operational partnership and a capital injection through equity participation.

This agreement paves the way for the contribution of new capital by the Industrial Investor, in collaboration with the current shareholders and an Institutional Partner, marking a decisive step toward the financial stability and operational relaunch of our company.
